Navigator Staff cultivates a culture for service members to grow in their experience and knowledge of Jesus Christ. Sharing life with service members imparts knowledge and skills in order to encourage boldness in loving people in their relational network.

Mike & Liz Chong
Military West Division Director
Mike and Liz are both Navigator Representatives and led the JBLM ministry from 2011-2021. Mike currently serves as the West Division Director for the Military Mission, and Liz homeschools their five children: Kiah, Josiah, Esther, Theo, and Jesse. They still live nearby and help serve the JBLM community.
Zach & Jessica Abrams
JBLM Base Director
Zach and Jessica are currently leading the JBLM Navigator ministry. Zach was originally stationed at JBLM in 2010 while active duty and Jessica came in 2014 for an internship. They came on full-time staff in 2019 and started leading the JBLM ministry in 2021. They have three young children: Samuel, Anna, and Ruth.
Christian & Sarah Rolph
Associate Staff
Christian and Sarah were stationed at JBLM in 2016 while on active duty. Having already labored with the Navigators while at Fort Stewart, they quickly integrated to the community. They left active duty in 2020 and felt led to continue laboring among Soldiers and Airmen at JBLM while working full-time civilian jobs.
Seth Brown
Associate Staff
Seth Brown was stationed at JBLM in 2014 while on active duty and faithfully labored as a young Soldier. After spending time stationed in Korea and at Fort Bragg, Seth left active duty and returned to JBLM to rejoin the team as a civilian. Seth is a full-time student and ROTC cadet at Pacific Lutheran University.
